Vacuum Casting

We make soft tools from silicone rubber and use our high quality stereolithography parts as masters. Regularly, depending on the complexity of the part, 15 – 30 castings can be obtained from one mold. There is a big range of usable polyurethanes (PUR) in almost any color. The effects of various surface structures can be tested as well as different temperature stability-levels, different shore hardness and two components parts, even with inserts.
Vacuum casted parts are well suitable for presentations and functional tests but also for direct use as final parts in small series or as spares. The castings are available in dimensions up to 2220 x 850 x 1000 mm (in one piece).
