Lasersintering

Laser sintered parts are built layer wise by the melting and re-solidification of thermoplastic powder (polyamide, polyamide glass-filled). Because of their good mechanical properties laser sintered models are used for functional and assembly tests as well as for direct use as final parts (additive manufacturing). They are highly loadable, show film hinges and snap fits if wanted and are water-resistant if required.
